Hey all!
Well, the move is (finally) done, and all the boxes are empty. Yep, we’ve settled in!
To recap, I left the cozy confines of Bellingham, Washington to live in the urban sprawl of Seattle. It’s only been a couple of weeks, but I’ve already noticed some differences. That will be the subject of another blog post, though. For now, let’s just say that I’m glad to see my stuff again. I’m so happy to be done with living out of boxes. And I’m super excited to sleep on a real bed instead of an air mattress.

As for everything else, the last month and change have been incredibly busy. For instance:
I read two books in the previous few weeks: Dorothy Must Die by Danielle Paige and Deep Silence by Jonathan Maberry. I have reviews for them too, so stay tuned.
I’ve done some editing on 4play, and the most significant change so far is splitting Chapter Five into two digestible chunks. I’ll likely flesh that out into full chapters, but it’s progress, and the train rolls on. You’ll notice that I’ve pushed back the release date to 2019. Sorry about that.
I’ve got a few short story ideas to work on, and I’m glad for that. I love working on new fiction, and the ideas are a great little sandbox to play in.
And finally, I’ve revisited last year’s NaNoWriMo project, Urban Legend. I’ve delved back into the plotting side of it, and I hope to have an outline complete by the time it gets warm again.
And there we go! Another month went by, and 2018 is cruising to its end. Where does the time go?
Until next time, keep reading!
